We speak in patterns of sounds because every language is made up of several patterns of sounds. The patterns consist of vowel and consonant sounds connected with rules of speech. Sometimes the bad habits are from not learning the rules, and sometimes they come from learning a pattern incorrectly. But that all can be rewritten by YOU for YOU.
